Short History of vessel: ‘Aloata’ has never been chartered, she has been well maintained in the past and only had four owners. Third owners Mr and Mrs Stokers (British) had her last 20 years and crossed Atlantic 2 times, Finally they have been cruising in Mediterranean and Aegean waters and lifted her out of water when Covid Pandemic Started. Vessel was a shore of Delta Marina, New Harbour, Kyrene, North Cyprus. She needed a lot of work and unfortunately North Cyprus was not furbish for such works (replacing mizzen i.e.) and Mr and Mrs Stoker felt they are too old to deal with this work consisting sailing her to Turkey which was closest place to get all the job done. Now Present owner Mr Uyguner who is former boatyard owner has bought her, took to boatyard and fixed her up to best available quality and material.
